Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions By placing an order during a Blackford Avenue pre-sale event, you expressly agree to the following terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No order will be reserved without completed payment.
  • Pre-sale items are produced to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the confirmed order date for dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Blackford Avenue will communicate any material delays to you via the email address provided at checkout.
  • As pre-sale items are manufactured specifically to fulfil confirmed orders, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed and payment processed.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
  • In the event Blackford Avenue is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Pre-sale stock is strictly limited. Blackford Avenue reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen production or stock constraints, with a full refund issued.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Blackford Avenue complies with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on pre-sale or made-to-order items.
  • Faulty or incorrectly described items will be remedied in accordance with your ACL rights.
  • All return and refund requests must be submitted to adminblackford@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and supporting documentation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Blackford Avenue ships Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to the relevant carrier's terms and are outside of Blackford Avenue's control.
  • Blackford Avenue is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon dispatch.
